  • Led the paper's transition into multimedia production and daily Web updates.
  • Wrote more than 250 articles in news, features and sports, with a heavy focus on university administration, politics, crime and Newark municipal government.
  • Used FOIA requests to report and write several award-winning articles on executive compensation at the university.
  • Helped the paper become a finalist for the Pacemaker Award.
